Maskin utleie Stjørdal AS has implemented its fleet with a tracked platform Easy Lift R190.

One of the markets Easy Lift has decided to focus on during this 2022 which has just begun, it is the Scandinavian one and the first Northern European country in which Easy Lift has delivered its tracked platform is Norway. The rental company Maskin utleie Stjørdal AS, based near Trondheim, which has a large fleet of equipment and operating machines for the construction, building, gardening, lighting and cleaning services sectors, as well as that of aerial platforms for working at height, has implemented its fleet with a spider R190.

The sale to the Norwegian rental company was made possible thanks to the collaboration that started at the end of 2021 with the Ahern Denmark sales department for the Norwegian market. Ahern Denmark is one of the many branches located in the world of the well-known American group Ahern, that is specialized in both the rental and sale of aerial platforms, including historical brands belonging to the same Group, such as Snorkel and Xtreme Manufacturing. In addition to the platforms’ selling, the Ahern group also offers spare parts’ sales and customer assistance.

The mid-sized spider R190, which is now available in the Maskin utleie Stjørdal AS fleet, has been ordered in hybrid version (R190HY), which involves the combination of the combustion engine, in this case petrol, with the lithium battery. The HY hybrid version, available for all Easy Lift tracked platforms from 19 to 42 m working height, is more and more requested and appreciated by professionals in the access sector, because it allows the spider to be used with combustion only in the case of work carried out outdoor or just with the battery inside buildings. Alternatively, the R190 is also available with combustion engine and electric motor or in a fully electric version, with only the 200 Ah 48 V lithium battery (R190BA).

The variable geometry outriggers that allow the machine to be placed and stabilized even on uneven surfaces and passages, while still obtaining excellent stability at height and ensuring safety for the operator, are another significant feature of this tracked platform.
