Magni Telescopic Handlers is always looking for innovative and functional solutions and approaches in this case to the topic of the maintenance of green areas.
It has been made possible to use a clamp for branches / trees of Kinshofer as an attachment for the entire range of rotating telehandlers that we currently offer, adding to the already wide range of Magni attachments a further option. The ground idea for the gripper is to have a system that automatically relates the diameter of the tree with the height and thus the weight of the section to be cut by using preset tables. The clamp itself can handle trunks up to a diameter of 1700 mm and is equipped with a built-in chain saw with 90cm blade for cutting. The gripper Kinshofer is also equipped with continuous rotation at 360° for optimal cuts in each position and to place branches directly on the truck for the transport or within the shredder.
The possibility to combine this clamp with our RTH rotating machines is a major advance in terms of efficiency, productivity and safety, in fact it is possible to restrict traffic to just a small area of operation thanks to the feature of the machine that holds the branches even when cut, avoiding the fall to the ground of branches or trunk pieces. If equipped with cameras kits and led lights on boom and cab Magni RTH vehicles will be able to work fast and easily even in twilight or in poor lighting condition, and thanks to the 4 Final engine these are also respectful of the environment around the working area. The special measuring system enables the machine to determine if it is safe to cut and thus guaranty the safety.
If equipped with cameras kits and led lights on boom and cab Magni RTH vehicles will be able to work fast and easily even at nightfall or in poor lighting condition, and thanks to the 4 Final engine these are also respectful of the environment around the working area.
