Messersì will show “tracked” news at Intermat 2024

The latest step in Messersì tracked dumper projects is the new version of the TC150d that will be the "star" at Messersì booth at Intermat 2024.

Messersì has become, over the course of over 60 years of development, one of the most important and active Italian companies producing construction machinery, equipment and scaffolding. Today it is a world leader in the production of tracked dumpers and tracked carriers, as well as in manufacturing other types of compact construction site machines (mini excavators, skid steer loaders, compact tracks loaders etc.).

Messersì tracked dumpers have very advanced technological contents, they can offer great performance, reliability and, moreover, ensure the operator a high safety level. Messersì long experience in this specific type of compact machines began in the early 90s and today has the largest range of tracked dumpers models among the competitors in the market (payload from 500 kg up to 5000 kg with the recent model TC550d) with different features and configurations. Since 2013 Messersì has faced the challenge of electric propulsion with two different size models of battery-powered tracked dumpers of the Zero Emission line, the TC50e and the TC120e highly appreciated by the market, that has been recently enriched also by a battery driven mini excavators in the category of 1.8 ton, the model M18e with extendible tracks width. All the above mentioned models will be shown during the exhibition.

The latest step in Messersì tracked dumper projects is the new version of the TC150d that will be the real star at Messersì booth at Intermat 2024. The TC150d is authentically a milestone in the large tracked dumper range with driver on seat of the Italian manufacturer. In different version, the previous TCH-1500 and later TC150d are in production since the 2002 with continuous and constant technical updates. This model is still today a unique in the 1.5 ton payload capacity market of tracked dumper, without any other real competitor. Furthermore, it is a very versatile machine because it can be configurate in many different way on bord according to the task to do in the worksite: front skip with loading shovel, swivel skip, hi-tip skip with loading shovel, 3-ways dumping platform, concrete mixer with loading shovel. This tracked undercarriage has been used also for many other different applications. The two piston pumps and the servo-assisted levers make the TC150d very easy to drive in every condition, the 15.9 kW three cylinders Kubota engine give the power to face the worst slopes full load. The New 2024 version of this tracked dumper will have an updated design of the chassis and the engine bonnet, more aesthetically appealing, and a new dashboard more complete and clearer. The last important improvement is the possibility to mount also the 18.5 kW three cylinders Kubota engine, as a more powerful alternative to the 15.9 kW version. 

Finally, at Intermat 2024 Messersì will show the updated compact loaders line with Stage V engine presenting the CTL45, one of the most compact track loaders in the market.
