Mollo Noleggio: the growth continues with the acquisition of PMP

The company from Alba confirms the development strategy on the Italian area and continues to grow by signing a new acquisition in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

After the acquisitions finalized in 2022 of Monia Noleggi (Forlì) and Parmiani Noleggi (Montagna in Valtellina - Sondrio), Mollo Noleggio proceeds quickly with its policy of widespread expansion throughout the Italian country, seizing all the interesting opportunities offered by the market.

Mollo Rental has in fact acquired the PMP rental company based in Pradamano, in the province of Udine, in Friuli Venezia Giulia. Founded in 199 on the initiative of the two brothers Maurizio and Paolo Paravan, throughout its history PMP has specialized in the rental business, with and without operator. Today it boasts a modern fleet of machines, including aerial platforms, earthmoving equipment and trucks. Following the acquisition, the PMP activity was completely integrated within the Mollo Noleggio organization. With the entrance of PMP within its Group, Mollo Noleggio expands its presence not only in the Triveneto area, where it has already a strong presence with the centers of Sona (Vr), San Giorgio in Bosco (Pd), Albignasego (Pd) and Venice, but also in the conutry: the center in Pradamano (Ud) will be the 49th Mollo center in Italy, and the first in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

This operation, in addition to expanding the distribution network of Mollo Noleggio, will bring value to the area, as Mauro Mollo, President of Mollo Noleggio explains: "From a commercial point of view, PMP is a brand with excellent references in Friuli and has a business model characterized by great flexibility aimed in particular at small businesses. Their customers will be able to count on our Group for a wide and high-quality range of equipment and services. Furthermore, our company has always been attentive to safety: for this reason, as in all our centers, we will also set up a "super" workshop in Pradamano with mechanics specialized in the constant maintenance of vehicles."
