Pilosio Group takes a step forward with Euroedile

With the acquisition of Pilosio, Euroedile, who has a know-how acquired in 35 years of experience, will be able to produce scaffoldings and formworks providing a full service in Europe and worldwide.

Feletto Umberto UD, Italy July 3rd, 2019 Euroedile, the Italian leader in the scaffolding erection and rental sector, with over 400 construction sites in Italy and Europe per year, will not only be able to carry out the assembly work but also produce scaffoldings itself.

In a world market of scaffolding that increasingly demands customised solutions, the Euroedile/Pilosio Group aims to become a unique sector reality, able to provide a full range of highly qualified services and products to the world of scaffoldings as well as formworks: production, sales, rental, assembly, consultancy and site assistance in the fields of construction and renovation of bridges and viaducts, industrial and residential constructions, power plants and dams as well as churches.

Pilosio's headquarters in the northeast part of Italy covers a total area of 45,000 square metres, 20,000 of which are covered. The historical brand Pilosio is an international company of 60 years of experience in scaffoldings, formworks, shoring structures, temporary coverings and mobile towers. In addition to a widespread presence throughout Italy, the Friuli-based company is strongly projected towards foreign markets.

Euroedile was founded in 1986 not far from Venice and has 110 employees, with a turnover of 15,000,00 euros in 2020. It is highly specialized in works in the field of traditional, electric and multidirectional scaffoldings. Over the years, the company has specialized in the sale, rental, assembly and related services from small to large scaffolding job sites in Italy and abroad.
