The ULM telehandler of Manitou awarded a prize at the “European Rental Awards”

Manitou Group wins the “Product of the Year Prize” at the “European Rental Awards 2022” ceremony taking place in Riga, Latvia.

Manitou Group, world reference for handling, personnel lifting and earthworking equipment, wins the “Product of the Year Prize” at the “European Rental Awards 2022” ceremony taking place in Riga, Latvia. This award recognizes the group for the quality of its Manitou ultra-compact telehandler known as the ULM. It confirms the group's commitment to meeting the requirements of renters by following the ERA (European Rental Association) recommendations.

The European Rental Awards, organized every year by the ERA and the KHL Press Group, are intended to honor the best equipment manufacturers for their products, services, and global approach taken toward equipment renters. The jury, made up of managers from the large European hire companies, selected the ULM telehandler model in the “Product of the Year” category from among the 20 dossiers filed due to its compactness - 1.49 m wide with a height of less than 2 m - and the innovations made to improve safety in use. Transportability was also highlighted by the jury with a transportable weight of less than 3 tons, thus enabling the ULM to be loaded onto a trailer with a GVWR of 3500 kg, this optimizes loading and unloading time for renters.
