For the first time ever, Kito Europe presents its portfolio to the construction industry at Bauma 2019
The construction industry is booming. And thus along its world's largest trade fair in Munich from 8th to 14th of April 2019. This year's Bauma will focus on trends such as digitisation, sustainability and efficiency. In between,Kito Europe will be celebrating its premiere: manual hoists and electric chain hoists will be showcased for the first time.
The Japanese manufacturer's lifting solutions are already being used on construction sites all around the world for a wide variety of applications. That's why the decision on having an own booth at the industry's most important event was easy. "International construction projects should always be efficient, fast and cost-effective without any lack of quality. We literally want to identify the right 'lever' for customers to support their projects." Says Kito Europe Managing Director Martin Rothe. “We will use our expertise in the construction industry to find the right hoists for all customer requirements.”
Ergonomic & compact: Kito LB & LX lever hoists
Kito LB lever hoist withstands the most difficult challenges and is particularly suitable for heavy pulling, lifting and tensioning applications due to its robust design with universal freewheel function. Loads of up to 9,000 kg can be lifted easily by guaranteeing full safety of the operator. The lighter, more compact Kito K LX lever hoist is responsible for lifting, pulling and positioning loads in the low load range (such as 250 kg or 500 kg). The lever hoist is mainly used where filigree parts have to be assembled in very confined spaces or at different working heights.
Kito CB hand chain block: also available as mining/offshore version
"Mining" is defined as one of the focal topics of the exhibition; the special versions of the Kito CB hand chain block are equipped with additional safety aspects exactly for this business. The robust casing, the cap nuts to protect the threads and the guided hook latch resist increased loads. Inside, the double-pawl spring system ensures safety. The hand chain block can be customized for underground work. With a load capacity of up to 50,000 kg it transports heavy loads when no stationary crane system can be installed. The smaller versions (e.g. with a load capacity of 2,000 kg) can be relocated at any time.
Kito EQ, Kito ER2 and Kito ED: one electric chain hoist for each application
Different industries, different construction sites, one solution. Kito electric chain hoists in their various designs are the right choice for safety and productivity.
The Kito EQ electric chain hoist is small - and a strong addition to workplace cranes at production sites. The Kito ER2 electric chain hoist withstands all adverse rude environments. The model with a load capacity of up to 7,500 kg (picture) is only one of the possible solutions for construction sites. The Kito ED electric chain hoist is a light, single-phased hoist for light loads up to 480 kg – stationary or mobile usage is possible.
