Paolo Balugani appointed new "Global AWP Product Line Leader" at Palfinger

From 1st January 2019, with Palfinger's new organizational set-up the Global Palfinger Organization (GPO), the Palfinger Group has appointed Paolo Balugani as Global Access Platforms Product Line Leader.

 

Balugani has more than 30 years of experience in this business, having started his career in 1985 after different technical roles. In 1995, he was one of the founders of Oil & Steel, AWP Manufacturer becoming leader in the sector in just a few years presenting new concepts for aerial platforms such as the first small tracked installation.  

 

In 2011, leaving Oil & Steel - PM Group, he founded Sky Acess, a AWP manufacturer specialized in tunnels equipment. He joined Palfinger 2013 heading the new joint-venture Palfinger Platforms Italy. With the new global role, he manages the strategic products portfolio development of access platforms and continues as palfinger Platforms Italy Managing Director.
